- Why pay once for the rewrite instead of a monthly fee?
- Because your printed menu is not a subscription. You change it once or twice a year, so charging you every month for a thing that does not change would be a bad deal dressed up as recurring revenue. You pay once, you keep the menu, and you come back when you genuinely change it.
- What does “early access” mean for the Delivery Optimizer?
- It is the one surface that does change constantly, so it is the one place ongoing work makes sense. We are building the conversion tracking that will let us prove the lift item by item. Until that is live, early-access members get the managed optimization at a held price, with no measured-lift guarantee. We would rather under-promise than sell you a number we cannot yet read.
- Do I have to use every change you suggest?
- No. Every recommendation ships as a suggestion you approve or reject, with the expected effect and the honest caveat. You know your costs and your kitchen, we do not. A price move never goes live without you, and we show our margin math so you can sanity-check it.
- I run more than one location.
- Multi-location groups and small chains are a strong fit, one rewrite amortizes across every room, and standardized menus are easier to measure. Email us and we will scope it. Multi-location continuity starts at $349 / mo.
